These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sunwas website and our coaching services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About our services

sunwas provides business training and career coaching for working professionals, including career strategy, leadership development, professional skills, and career transition support. Coaching is a supportive, advisory service. It is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

Our coaching is designed to support your thinking, planning, and development. We do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome, including promotions, salary increases, job offers, or business results. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances beyond our control. Any testimonials on our website reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results for everyone.

3. Booking and payments

• Programme fees are set out on our pricing page and confirmed before you begin.
• Monthly plans are billed monthly; annual plans are billed for the year and offer a discount as stated.
• Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. 7-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first month of coaching, you may request a refund of that month's fee within 7 days of your first session, in line with the guarantee terms confirmed at sign-up. This applies to your initial month only.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a session by giving reasonable advance notice. Sessions cancelled at short notice may be treated as used. Monthly plans may be paused or cancelled with reasonable notice; details are confirmed at sign-up.

6. Your responsibilities

• provide accurate information when you enquire or enrol;
• attend scheduled sessions and engage in good faith;
• use our website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt it.

7. Confidentiality

We treat the content of your coaching sessions as confidential, and ask that you respect the confidentiality of materials we share with you. These materials are for your personal use and may not be redistributed without our consent.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website and within our programmes, including text, graphics, and frameworks, belongs to sunwas or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, sunwas is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
